Norwest Private Hospital
Norwest Private Hospital commenced construction in November 2007 and achieved practical completion in July 2009. HPPM facilitated the successful relationship between Caversham Property (now Aspen Group), HPI and Healthscope, leading to the development of Campbelltown Private Hospital and now Norwest Private Hospital.
Norwest Private was a $AUD142 million project, providing for over 23,000 sqm of commercial medical facilities.
With around 240 beds and ten fully-digital theatres, this fully-accredited surgical, obstetric and medical hospital has built on new benchmarks set by Campbelltown Private Hospital, which HPPM facilitated from a greenfield site to a turnkey operational facility.
